Since your business will be competing it’s good to have great customer service. That’s your secret weapon to win over many clients. It’s important that clients have a positive experience with your business because then they’ll keep coming back and, choose your business over others. If you have clients continuing to come back they’ll recommend their friends to you and you’ll have even more.

I think it’s important to have great customer service because if you make personal relationships then you’ll already know what the customer wants. It would be great if the customers have your personal number and staff members number so they can make direct contact. That way the staff and yourself can put there order in right away or hold things for them. Good customer service leads to happy customers and good business. Great customer service can be the way in over the other business.
